I ADVICE NZ BUYERS NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SELLER. HIS MOSTLY UNITS GOT ACCIDENT HISTORY.HIS MOSTLY CARS GOT CHASSIS RELATED DEMAG. AND IF YOU ASK HIM,I GOT CHASSIS DAMAGED CAR WHICH FIXING COST IS $4000 NZD. I ***** THAT CAR. I CLAIM HIM FOR MONEY BUT HIS ANSWER IS BLAMING ON NZ COMPLIANCE. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SUE ON HIM VERY SOON. IF ANYONE CHEATED BY HIM PLEASE COME FORWARD. I WILL PAY FOR ALL SUE AND ALL. AND FOR NEW BUYERS,HE IS NOT TRUSTABLE.

Vehicle took longer than expected to arrive and came with some issues which the seller was more than willing to rectify for me. Great customer service and even better after sale service. I was about to lose confidence in importing cars but this seller reassured me that there are businesses out there willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The seller could not send me a damaged vehicle, they had to change the vehicle when they discovered a fault with the gearbox on it and asked me to select another one, which by the one turned out to be a great choice. thank you carsmaster

This van acels at everything! It is smooth, quiet, luxury with just the right amount of sport. The hatch makes it an SUV when needed, but with easier access.Gas mileage has also been excellent averaging 22 in the city, and I have seen 31 in the highway.I would recommend this quality automobile retailers (carmaster) to anyone because they are great people with the best type of vehicle that matches your needs. The car has no spare wheel and this was not mentioned in the description. These spare wheels are also not available in my country. The condition of the engine of the car is also not good. The draining plug for oil is damaged. The mileage of the car does not match with the actual condition of the car. I feel cars which comes from Japan are well maintained and i have never had this situation from the time i started buying cars from Japan. I cant encourage anyone to buy cars coming outside Japan.

i did not receive the car jet. i press the button by mistake. i am still waiting and still nothing next week it will be 6 weeks normally it must be delivered next week but the shipping compamy is telling me there are no vessels planned to com next week.
