Description of the car was correct. Body in very good conditions (some scratches during shipment). Inside of the car very dirty. Left sun visor broken. Owner's manual not include. Plenty of oil leaks in the engine - need to replace various sensors and gaskets. Need to replace rear shock absorbers, two tyres and front right suspension parts. More than US$1,500 already spent. Shipment much longer than announced 45 days. Quick responses but not always clear.

Dear buyers especially from New Zealand beware of Carmaster,they are fraud, exporting ***** cars to your county.I bought 3 cars from them,in the compliance centre it cost me more than $3000 for each car(usually $500).Once we bought the item the have changed the alloy wheels and put one that is not identical to the other 3,also we have received it with lots of mechanical complaints and even without a remote key.If you want to buy a good car don't go to carmaster,or else you will regret.

I ADVICE NZ BUYERS NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SELLER. HIS MOSTLY UNITS GOT ACCIDENT HISTORY.HIS MOSTLY CARS GOT CHASSIS RELATED DEMAG. AND IF YOU ASK HIM,I GOT CHASSIS DAMAGED CAR WHICH FIXING COST IS $4000 NZD. I ***** THAT CAR. I CLAIM HIM FOR MONEY BUT HIS ANSWER IS BLAMING ON NZ COMPLIANCE. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SUE ON HIM VERY SOON. IF ANYONE CHEATED BY HIM PLEASE COME FORWARD. I WILL PAY FOR ALL SUE AND ALL. AND FOR NEW BUYERS,HE IS NOT TRUSTABLE.

The car has no spare wheel and this was not mentioned in the description. These spare wheels are also not available in my country. The condition of the engine of the car is also not good. The draining plug for oil is damaged. The mileage of the car does not match with the actual condition of the car. I feel cars which comes from Japan are well maintained and i have never had this situation from the time i started buying cars from Japan. I cant encourage anyone to buy cars coming outside Japan.

I received the vehicle on Saturday 5th November 2016.All the standard features are not working except for a fog lamp switch, all the tires are worn out (wires and threads can be seen from outside).This morning it even failed the road worth fitness test,thus i cant register it unless i take it to the garage. I really feel cheated or swindled ($4300 for that rack? its not fair). Trade carview..... what has happened to your good standards?

Second time using this site after a very good first experience. This purchase was a total disaster.The car was found to have massive oil leaks in both engine and transmission.One of the windows would not close completely.Shocks were completely worn in a car with 56000km. After contacting the seller was told car is 10 yrs old and should expect wear and tear.The cost to fix the car more than the cost of the car. This company is not honest or forth right in their business transactions

This company sell damage repaired cars as advertised non accident. Don't buy from here or you will regret my overhead repair costs are over $3500. Have snapshot and record of the conversation have forwarded to the Singapore High commission.

Disappointed. Think these guys are frauds.I wold give this company no stars..they are thieves...smh..
