I was expecting the vehicle to be shipped and arrive in Daresaalam in the 2nd week of december 2014 as per communication from the seller but it arrived in the 3rd week of december there by disturbing my budget.

The received without -Spare tyre -wheel spanner -Jack Also , no Tinted as requested and the had to pay for a new battery and stabilizer link, stabilizer bush therefore the general condition was not the very good as thought. Waiting for your feedback in those issues Jobaga

Shipping company has confirmed that the spare tyre and tool kit were there when it was shipped. It's clearly mentioned on the check list and we've shown it to you. It's gone missing at the arrival port. Clearing agent has confirmed this. We didn't charge for the tint and we clearly mentioned that we won't have enough time to fix it before the shipment. You didn't clear the vehicle for more than a month and that's why the battery has gone flat. You can recharge it.

Hi I have received the item but it had no wheel spanner and jack, kindly assist me with a wheel spanner because i cant find it her in Zambia.I have looked for it all Zambia still cant find it your quick response will be highly appreciated. Regards Mathews

Full tool kit including the wheel spanner was in the car. Even on the shipping check list it's mentioned. This had been happening quite often. We'll raise up this issue with Tradecarview.

I have an issue with the model because the seat belt is indicating September 2004 and yet the seller indicates that the vehicle is model 2005! Otherwise, the car is in a very good shape.

Thank you for the feedback. Seatbelt indicates the year the seatbelt was manufactured. Not the vehicle. Vehicle details are indicated on the export certificate, Inspection certificate and the chassis plate. All of them clearly says it's "2005". Thank you

The car does not have the orginal key, has only one copy, no Alarm and Remote Keyless Entry The car has electronic problems that seem to be caused by evil alarm system deactivated I look for repaying the amount that I paid unfairly by Maputo car invoice.

Logistic company has admitted that delay was from their side. We don't have any control over their actions. We did the inspection on time and submitted all the documents to Intertek. So please withdraw your comment
