although the language barrier, the communication was awesome. the response time was fantastic, and estimated dates of package and item delivery were on-point. it's remarkably enough to say how thankful i am for such a superb service.

I'm from IRELAND AND I'v got the car with a delay of 2 weeks.The vessel went straight to UK then to Germany / Bremmenhaven and then finaly to Ireland... The only thing is that RO/RO had a different schedule than Japanese Departure/Arrivals International_Ports.Anyway the car arrived in perfect condition.

I cannot rate on description because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CAR. Unfortunately I included clearing and forwarding services on negotiation with SAFAR. You recommended WALMAX FREIGHT FORWARDERS, what a nightmare. Since the ship docked in Tanzania, it has taken two weeks instead of 5 days for the car to reach me. I have imported more than 15 cars in the last 6 years. But WALMAX has been torture (1) Very poor communication (2) Not responsive (3) No delivery yet
