I must say Iam pleased with the whole process from negotiations payment and shipment of the car. The communication was perfect. However I have issues with after sales service. I got back to the seller to inquire about user manuals which are in Japanese. I asked if I could be availed with English version in either hard or soft copy. There was no response. I is very important for you to provide after sales services. I thank you.

The car had minor scratches and the keyless entry as one the extra options as advertised is not working.
