I paid my money for inspection and later Jevic was counseled but this company didn't refund my money and yet i sent them my bank account details they told me that they sent back the money but i didn't receive it i wrote back to them but didnt send it

The Carlos was bought with two eletronic keys and ONLY arrived one key. I AM very disapointed.

Car came with engine light on. Had no jack, wheel spanner or spare tire. The seller never indicated any of this. it took them a month to ship. I wont encourage anyone to deal with safari direct.

The car came without standard items i.e spare tyre, jack and compressor. On inquiry, the dealer first claimed they were stolen from the port. Upon presentation of prove, the dealer admitted they were not there. I should have checked the photos. Buyer be advised next time demand to see photos of spare tires, jack and compressor(BMW) otherwise this dealer will not disclose. Very dishonest and questionable integrity.
