The car came in without spare wheel, this information was never communicated to me at all.

My car was send to the wrong CFS and when I reported it way before the car arrived I was assured that would be sorted but upon arival and clearance I had to pay over KES60,000 extra storage charges and the car was vandalized( DVD Radio and Back Camera Removed). I was assured of compensation but again that was never to happen. I am currently seeking legal justice on this matter. The worst treatment of a customer you can get from anywhere. NZ buyers do not buys anything from safari or trade car view i have bought BMW 2006 i spend $2500 to fix the car , start overheating cause it has faulty water pump etc flat battery. I bought three cars from trade car view 1 of them i still could not register in NZ . i m going with Be forward . These people are just cheaters and mislead the customer . do not buy any vehicle from this company they all are fraud .

The seller wasnt honest enough in providing information about the vehicle especialy the vital informations like manufacturing year,chasis number was provided after the payments purposely to hide the credentials of manufacturing year

The vehicle has a missing component in the rear part. There is no cover for the part beyond the rear windsheld and the rear seats. The pictures that the seller put on your website did not show the missing component while for the missing radio, this was conspicuously displayed and I even negotiated and managed to bring down the price because of that. Finally, I demand an apology for the buyer not telling me the truth on the missing component before selling me the car.

I am very frustrated here in Dar Es Salam. My car has no keys. I have been moved from one office to another with no joy. I have been given a report that the car has no air cleaner as well. The Tradecarview representative called Paul who was not helpful at all. I have now been forced to pay extra hotel bills and hire a technician to repair my vehicle. I have paid now $400 and I need a refund of this.

Car had big unmissable dents on both the sides which costed me a lot of money to fix it here.

There is paint *****ed away on the left rear bumper that has been sloppily touched up. The way that the photos in the listing were taken, there is a lot of glare so that the *****ed paint wasn't visible. This seems like deliberate deception on the part of the seller. This defect should have been clearly photographed or described.

The car is very good I am really pleased that I bought it. It is a good buy. The seller was good, for he updated me with information I wanted. Things were done professionally. Keep up the good work, trade car-view.
