After purchase, the Customer Service was very poor. Carview needs to have a means of direct contact with the customers, in the event they are dissatisfied about anything. It is very stressful when you are dealing with an outsourced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who does not have genuine concern for the company. I had the worst business experience of my life dealing with the CSR for my transaction.

the car has a problem with the engine from the time i boght it.The light for chech engine keeps coming on and the lights dont have a low bim.
