although the car was described as ok by the seller, it was totally dead with a faulty engine and could not be driven. please advise on how I can be compensated for this.

Right now tradecarview are refusing to amend address on documents so that the car can be cleared at Durban Port Official refusing to assist so that the address reflect Zimbabwean but they are now looking new business but I did not get my car.Again they are lying that the item/car is received .I need immediate help so that the car is cleared. Ask Avecs on *****. Help help now

All would have gone well hadn't the team given me false information of when the ship would be arriving. My car was offloaded on the 19th of July and the team told me the ship would be arriving on the 22nd of July. So I have to incur a cost of storage of about 100usd which was not budgeted for.

There was a complete discrepancy between the Auction Sheet and the Car. The Auction sheet indicated Grade 4 with no Scratches and dents. I made a decision to purchase based on the auction sheet. When the car arrived there were deep scratches on the rear left wing and the rear number which aught to have been indicated on the Auction Sheet.

I recommend others to use this agency. the car is in good condition

This vehicle has so many mechanical problems which should have been fixed or communicated to the buyer during negotiations. An not happy at all.

In all I was so disappointed with the whole process and when the car was received it barely travelled for 250km and just stopped. I disposed off it right in Tazania before it even rached zambia.

Very disappointed on this buy the car was dirty inside. The seller is not 100% transparent with the buyer.He tell you that everything is working but when the car arrive the A/C car isn't working. then he tell you to claim the insurance but he know that's something that the insurance won't cover.this is the second bad experience with this seller. so i wouldn't recommend this company - Safari Direct (tradecarview Official Store) to other buyers.
