Unit received with major problems: water and oil pumps were nonfunctional. Had to spend $600 to get back to drivable condition. seller did not accept/confirm or offer any support for the issue. very much disappointed. Prefer not to deal with them in future.

I was so disappointed when I tried to get more information about the car. I was also asked to pay an extra USD500 for more photos since I did not like the ones on the site and some areas were not photographed. Negotiation was neither pleasant nor very flexible.

It was disappointing that while the vehicle had been listed as "Never had an accident", it had a loose and cracked rear bumper and scratch marks on the both fenders. Also, a number of items are not working properly. The Door light does not go off and the driver side air-con vent is not adjustable. These issues were known, or should have been known, especially after the JVEC inspection. This should have been disclosed. Safari Direct should do much better. I think I deserve at least a $100 refund.

I received the car and to my surprise, 2nd key, spare wheel, wheel jack and tool kit were missing. I asked the seller end number of times about it, they took me round and round. Finally after one month the customer care people admitted that these items were not sent/dispatched with the car (they are still working on the 2nd key). The seller never told me about it and never replied to my messages. Don`t know when that day will come. This seller is neither professional nor trustworthy.
