i had to change the gear box--it made a lot of noise. The shock ups were also out of order. It was quite unusual for a car--that had travelled 55000kms

There were delays due to poor communication for this unit.

The following were amiss: 1. The color was wrong : They sent pearl instead of gold color 2. The knob of the gear lever was missing 3. there was a dent on the right rear fender (missing bolt) 4. The boot compartment cover was missing 5. The break pads are finished (all round) Can someone explain these complaints to me? Otherwise I would not recommend them to anyone. Dr. CSChisha

Hi, I received the car, and is as expected. I am however disappointed that the seller did not mention the absence of tools in the car.no jack no wheel spanner. Unless its hidden somewhere in the car. Also, is it possible to get a manual for operating the car ? Regards

as soon as I receive my car, i found out a major problem. The front left arm have a big noise. My mechanic told me that it needs a replacement arm, which will cost me more than $300 to get it from japan.

The tyres and break pads were completely worn out this should have been communicated before purchase

The seller is unfaithful!used to cheat customer because they told me car manufactured 2007 while is 2007.

Front camera missing.The engine oil was low. The inside of the car was dirty. When someone pays automatically there must be a thorough cleaning and polishing of the vehicle. Also servicing must be done. People need a vehicle which is ready and road worthy. The only things am not expecting is petrol and water for the windscreen wiper!!! The vehicle was received in Gaborone on 14/11/17 and I picked it on 17/11/17.

Car was not as described. I specifically bought the car because it stated it had a back camera, it does not. I am very disappointed as that was one of the main reasons I chose this car, and due to the nature of shipping and other logistics, there really is no way for this to be fixed and I get the vehicle that I want, so not only am I disappointed I am a bit upset as well. Other than that, the body looks good, the car's interior was clean, I have yet to experience any difficulty with the car.
