Shipment was done three weeks after payments, so i would say 4 stars, because on the other hand, i do not know what really goes on and the processes that should be carried out prior shipment. It also depends on how prompt the customer is with the transactions and also the needs i.e. car infor check, JEVIC services. These may determine how long it might take for the item to be shipped. All in all the services have been excellent. I am extremely happy with Safari Direct!!!
