Dear Sir We have contacted the Mercedes-Benz dealer and was told that it is probably the battery run out of power during the shipment, and someone used the traditional key to lock the door. Therefore, please recharge the battery first. then use the traditional key to lock and unlock the car. afterwards the central locking system should work for all doors and trunk. I have to ask the seller for each and every progress. If the seller is proactive enough, the seller will give updates and not only waiting the buyer to ask. The item arrived in Egypt on 27/5/2019.

Am so grateful for the whole transaction.But I discovered later that some vital parts were removed from the car. Both headlights didn't have boosters, no spare tyre, no jack, no Disc box etc. The engine is leaking oil and the key was one yet at the advert, two keys were being shown. Am so much disappointed.
