Vehicle was in very poor condition and didn’t pass vehicle inspection in Canada. Serpentine belts in the engine were cracked, engine coolant was low, tires had deep cracks and were dangerous to drive on and much more. Front end was repainted terribly (probably by hand) and the photos didn’t reflect this. The repairs to this vehicle were very high and with the repainted front it looks terrible

The photos were poor and the seller did not provide any additional photos when asked. They advertise that they clean every vehicle before shipment, but the vehicle came in completely contaminated. I had to pay an extra 550 USD to customs to clean in. The seller did not offer to help cover some of this cost and completely ignored me until I reached out to TC-V for help. Neither TC-V nor the seller offered any sort of resolution to this problem. I would NOT recommend using this seller or TC-V.

The only comment I can make is that the vehicle's battery was obsolete as it could not be used to start the vehicle. I ended up paying an addition fee to have the vehicle towed off the Ship. Further to the above, in the previous vehicle purchases I have done, I have never been a sold a vehicle without an extra/spare car key. I would recommend the seller to other buyers without undermining the above factors.

The shocks of the vehicle were all worn out. Fog lights of the vehicle were removed before shipment Tcv agency in uganda is completely useless. They can not help a customer even with a slightest inquiry.
