I sent the money to purchase the car in October 29th, 2019, the vehicle sent despatched a month later on 28th November,2019, and the vehicle reached me on 4th January, 2020. The whole process took longer than expected. It has been the longest wait. This was the second time buying from tradecarview and will not use or recommend tradecarview ever again.

The vehicle I received is damaged on the front wing and badly fixed with poor quality paints and bad body work. I requested for car info check but was not done within three days as advertised and the seller suggested I ask TCV to cancel the same as was delaying shipment. All suspensions and boll joints needs to be changed. The seller did not share this information but rather edited pictures. The Car was shipped 40 days after payment. I dont recommend this seller,he is a Scam.

I purchased Toyota Avensis with tall claims by seller. Seller claimed 21000 km mileage, but he didn't mention that dash board is broken and odometer is not registering mileage and no body can vouch whether car actually ran for 21000 km or 121000 kms. Seller also claimed for excellent interior, but when I received the car, roof liner was coming out from all across the roof which needed immediate attention. I will never recommend Eisan Auto as they actually lied about interior and other stuffs.

Upon receipt the vehicle exterior had been badly painted and the radio was not working contrary to the information on from seller. I reached out to seller who kept telling "sorry will improve next time" I wrote a complaint to Tradecarview 3 weeks ago and up to now no response. I'm left wondering who is there to protect us buyers.Local agent has also stopped answering my messages

The seller is a lier, on the picture the car was in good condition, in reality the car was damaged front and back, the car needs to be repainted, a lot of scratches all around. I did not check mechanical condition yet. Now I need to invest more money in repair. Avoid this seller he is a lier, never told me the car was badly damaged!

It took a long time to ship the item, which would have been ok if the seller kept me updated. But they didn't. And when I followed up again and again and asked to cancel, they just told me my car is already scheduled to ship. When I received my car, both rear shock absorbers had to be replaced which cost me additional $350 USD. Now the ceiling is peeling and I only have the car for 4 weeks. Very disappointed.

I am very dissapointed with this seller even with yourselves trade carview for not responding to my complaint regarding damaged car sent to me.i have sent numerous messages and emails concerning the same, but no response.vehicle sent is not in the condition i ordered,it has a beoken gril and owner was a smoker not as advertised.so bad as ro even find ash in the car.i am extemely disapointed with this pathetic service
