The seller was extremely economical when it came to information and updates immediately after making payments. It took two (2) months to ship the car after making payments without any prior communications attributed to the delays. The worst transaction ever from my previous purchase

No communication. Took almost 3 months to send vehicle. I had to call on my own expense to talk with TCV for help. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Seller did not care about customer service. The got the money and from there on you are on your own. They never. Never communicate with you. Not a word telling you we got the money we will ship soon and will follow up For over two months I was begging for information about shipping about the Documents. I have bought about 12-15 JDM from Japan and all sellers are always following up. Here You are in your own.

I made a purchase of a 2015 model vehicle on Dec 20 for usd 7700. Due to the change in year, I was made aware of my Country’s increase in import duties by usd 7100! .

i paid for the car in the first week of June 2023, i received the car on 8th oct 2023.The car was advertised under 2011 model yet it was a 2008 model! communication all through was not providing me with updates of how far the process of shipping had reached. The pictures on site where not exhaustive,i had to request for additonal pictures of the back side of the car! The car failed inspection the first time and no communication was made till i reached out!

Seller had great communication! Seller said vehicle had sunroof/cruise control/new tires - it did not. Vehicle listed in excellent condition - on outside it IS. However, control arms bent and many issues due to being parked/not driven for a long time (not disclosed). control arms, fuel pump, electrical short, brakes and tires = over $4,000 extra for this vehicle to be road worthy. That's just fraudulent or NEGLIGENT as a seller, who should know their inventory. I would not recommend this seller.

Honestly this company is terrible. Communication was non-existent they refused to show other photos. They were downright shady about the entire process start to finish. At one point there were 3 instances of the same vehicle posted by different entities.

I've been buying cars on tc-v for sometime and this is the slowest seller. Seller took 2 months before they booked shipping hence my car took more than 3 months to arrive. Secondly the seller is very bad at communicating and rude. Thirdly, seller sent the car with only one key despite pictures showing 2 keys. Very bad customer service and I do not recommend.
