The transaction went well. The seller kept me updated and worked within the promised period of despatch. The vehicle arrived in good condition with minor defectds such as the lights inside the car not working. All in all SBI is a good company and I would recommend buyers to deal with SBI.

The engine was damaged and I replaced it at Dar Es Salaam. The supplier was not flexible following my report. I sent the invoice of buyer replaced engine but the supplier refused to refund even a half of the amount! I was disappointed.

Smooth, quick and kind responses.Seller tried their best to clarify where I had questions. Seller was friendly. However, car description was not true. The car arrived from ship with transmission problem. Had to ground it for a month to fix it.
