Shipping was quick and easy. It’s quicker than the other sellers I am dealing with. In the pictures they have, the navigation system was working but when I received the car the navigation SD card was missing so you can’t have Bluetooth, CD,AUX or radio so you need to make sure to agree with them to send the sd card otherwise you will end up buying new system which cost $600. My advice to SBI is , try to solve your loyal clients issues so they can come back to you and buy more cars.

The description of the vehicle stated that it was a grade 4 auction meaning that it should be a sound vehicle without rust. The vehicle was cleared on Friday June 11. The broker and the agent who had the keys first informed us that the vehicle was not starting and it has mechanical issues. On examination of the vehicle, the vehicle fuses are blown and the gear only moves in reverse. The acceleration is extremely limited/slow.

This seller does not know how to communicate with clients. He doesn't respond to emails. At one point he changed the shipping program without notifying me as a client. Thus, i ended up tracking a wrong ship only to learn that my cargo was not actually shipped. Of course the car was in perfect condition but doing business with this seller was so stressfull. Would not recommend this seller to other buyers
