This transaction was poorly handled by the seller. The delayed shipment has made me not to receive the car up to now and may not receive it due to political violence in Tanzania where it was off loaded. My Agent was claiming it was still at dry port in Dares salaam. I was supposed to have received the car a month ago. what should I do now?

Thank you for your evaluation. After confirmd your payment, unfortunately TCV head office was closed for 1 week due to Japanese "Obon Holiday" so to say Buddhist festival. As a result, CIC(Car Info Check) also delayed, and we confirmed it around 20/August. As a rule of TCV, we cannot proceed shipment before finishing CIC, we could not catch the vessel on August. However, we managed to catch the vessel leaving Nagoya Port on 13/September, and it was arrived in Dar es Salaam on 17/October. I don't think the ...
