The seller was usually quick to answer our questions. Some questions they couldn't answer such as when the truck would actually be shipped. Somethings we figured out on our own such once we received the BL number. We could track the vehicle on the autoliner ship.

I bought A Toyota HiAce van through TCV Corporation, I was told it was a 2017 model. Today I went to get it valve for insurance. The Toyota agent told me when they put it in the data base it was a 2016 model. This was a very good transaction. I am impressed with the vehicle. The shipping from Japan to Jamaica was fast. However, I think there was some delay in the shipment from Jamaica to Guyana.

The car is nearly perfect despite the age. It was on the boat just about 2 months after payment was confirmed. The car matched everything that was stated in the listing. The only issue was communication. I had to push to get a fair price, and I also wasn't provided a valid BL number before shipping despite explaining that I need to provide it to US customs least 24h before the ship departs Japan. Luckily, it worked out without a penalty, and it was a fine purchase despite the poor communication.
