Masa from Royal Trading sent translation of the remotes for the Navigation unit. Shipping very slow. Recommend Royal, but not what happened afterwards. Car arrived with no petrol, flat battery and two left hand directional tyres on the rear wheels. It cost more than $600 NZ dollars to buy new tyres new battery and petrol. No Instruction/owner manuals included for car or navigation system.

As far as japanese company sales vehicles to zambia. You know zambia does not deal with cars which uses (gas) LPG. This company made me suffer when i went to pick the vehicle in Dar es salaam port. i will never deal with it any more and i will never advise any one to buy a car from them. thanks

Hi I'm not happy that the seller sold me a vehicle with a gearbox problem and said nothing about it now I'm having difficulties it was not moving the mechanic found a leak on the radiator of transmission oil and I replaced it oiled the gearbox but now it changes gear up to gear 3 only so it's a problem for me that I wasn't expecting. So now I bought a vehicle that have a gearbox problem and is it in my expense to fix the ggearbox.

As you know, there was no vessel because of the long holidays. We immediately started shipment process after the holidays, but any shipping companies didn't set sail early January. So, The ship on 24th of Jan. was the earliest one. It was pretty bad timing for us. I hope you'll understand the situation. I'm sorry again for this inconvenience.
