I was very disappointed with what i received. The Bumber of the car was cracked, side mirrors like wise were cracked, The battery of the car was completely dead..not at all in a working condition and carpets of the not included. When i had viewed the car in the pictures provided it looked perfect but extremely disappointed to see what i have received

received this vehicle the engine was not good since the vehicle was run without oil , the speedometer was not working and the main stich for the doors were not working right now the customer is taking legal action and the car is just packed .customer's please stay away from this dealer. at the time of negotiations very prompt reply for selling their junk vehicles . customers be aware of this dealer. stay away from them please !!!

I was not happy with the vehicle especially the external part because the pictures were deceiving. I thought it was a good vehicle only to receive it with scratches on the bumper and the side passenger door, I am forced to take it for panel beating and paint which is an extra cost. I have a report form from Dar es salaam to confirm that the vehicle was shipped with scratches. very unhappy customer.

The reviews on the vehicle was in contrast to the product received. The vehicle was described as in good condition look and run great. Upon receipt of the vehicle i had to take it directly to the car shop because it was not working the vehicle has problems with the computer and the transmission and the back left window was not working also the piece of plastic frame covering the battery area was missing. I am very disappointed in this purchase I cannot use the vehicle

Its was literally a junk vehicle. Replaced all the shocks, suspension plates, holes in the frame. Terrible mechanical condition even after paying for full inspection. I can never purchase from the seller and advise all buyers never to buy vehicles from Canival Co.Ltd. No integrity, terrible vehicles and poor services. Wrong odometer: Actual was 220,000Kms, seller changed to read 85,000Kms. Very disappointed buyer, lost lots of cash in repairs. Just purchased ***** from these guys.

The vehicle's bumber had major scratches and bumps which are costly to fix, these were all not brought to my attention prior to the purchase, I wouldn't have bought the car if I had seen them.

I am not happy with the company. They lied about the odometer of the Kluger v model 2003 that i bought from their company. the actual odometer is 286,000 kms yet they put 85,500km. This is very disappointing. I think you people are not very honest about your cars.

I have received the Toyota Carnival that I purchased from Carnival Co. Ltd., with some problems. One, mileage is forged from 200,000km, indicated on the Export Certificate, to 96,000km displayed on the odometer and advertised by the seller. Two, the shipment took about two months from purchase date; I suggest the contact person, Terumasa Iizuka, should be responsible for providing wrong information on the Units sold by their Company.
