Despite my written request and their acknowledgement , my car was shipped on a date I had expressly asked them NOT to.....resulting in a tax penalty. They should have communicated openly about shipment plans instead of agreeing with my request and then without my knowledge,doing exactly what I asked them to avoid.Disappointed since I have bought 2 other cars from them before.
