vehichle arrived the engine did not have any oil and due to the movements the engine was damaged and when l finally received the vehichle it was already producing a knock sound in the engine and as a result l only managed to travel for 250km before the engine completely knocked off and it is beyond repair and l had to leave the car in Tanzania Dar Salaam. and currently looking for a new engine to replace this is the third transaction that l have done but this one was the most dissapointing

Communication was good both on email and phone (between me and Mr. Watabe). The worst of all was that there was replacement of the tires as they were seen in the earlier photos. Replaced with very old used tires. the spare wheel was not spared. I may send the previous photos of the unit and the recent one to prove my complaint. May I advice the dealers to ensure that the shipment is done as per original agreement? Now I have to incur costs of buying new tires. RGDS Kisamo
