Seller communications are good, honesty is a big issue about this Seller, as upon asking the mechanical and body condition of the vehicle, the seller described it perfect, when vehicle arrived it had scratches on the body also the gearbox was completely shattered, my honest opinion about the seller is that I found him quite a dishonest person.

A bus coming without basic items like wheel spanner, a jack, is not a good thing. This is my Second Rosa Bus from Nikkyo within 1 year but communication very poor a buyer has to beg many times to get updated. Delaying to ship a vehicle every-time is a bad indication to customers. But your vehicles are okay. Improve alot on these grey areas to keep customers.

On receiving the car I was happy however, after registration and readiness to drive I began to experience one problem or the other with mechanics of the car. It began with poor tyre condition, damaged suspension, wheel not aligning and balanced. The cost of fixing the above had made the car more expensive buying from Japan.
