My car arrived nearly 3 months after paying for it. The seller was not accommodating when I had issues with my invoice and when I had questions about shipping the car. Overall I am disappointed in the customer service of this seller. Communication was poor and so was custom service. Worst of all my car came with 2 big dents on the driver's side. If I could rate this company 0 I would.

The seller was deceptive in his description of the vehicle. To unsuspecting buyer they only showed views of the good side of the vehicle. The other side when we r3eceived it was dented so bad that it needs to be repaired. The bumper is being held up by tape. But when the vehicle was advertised it said that it was a grade 4 auction. No it was not it was a damaged vehicle
