The seller and his shipper never bothered to alert me when the ship docked Mombasa. According to the B/L the ship was meant to arrive on 24/12/2016, but the ship arrived on 21/12/2016 and no one bothered to inform me or call to know that the ship has arrived. Now I am being told that I have to pay the storage costs. Was it intentional that the ship and the storage kept silent so as to over charge me? Why did they not call me when the ship arrived earlier than the time on the B/L?

the vehicle running terrible.it is very loud.there is a foul odor inside.the transmission is not shifting properly.the passenger power window is not working properly.the interior is dirty and lots of paint peeling and numerous scratches.the exterior paint has scratches and would require a paint job..this is not what i envisioned when i purchase this vehicle from looking at the pictures and i am now regretting it. i will not buy a vehicle through this company again no matter what. On your website, you recommended DERR Logisitc for Door to Door delivery, This guy is a thief. I sent him my money to clear the vehicle port and country taxes, which he did not do. Currently he is hiding. I suggest you stop dealing with this company.

Generally the seller was very good helpful especially that I was buying this vehicle after another seller let me down by selling it to another customer.But general advise is that can sellers be increasing the days for grace period of payment because African countries deffer item and bank closures. It has inconvenienced a lot of people actually when it comes to chose for another vehicle or change the seller. Transferring of monies from one seller to another. Otherwise this seller was superb.

The unit is in good condition.I am very happy with my purchase.However you need to work on your co-ordination with Walmax in Tanzania.I was inconvenienced and ended up spending more than what i had budgeted for because the agent confirmed a date for meeting up at the border when the vehicle had not even left Dar-es-salaam.When asked for compensation the agent rep in Tunduma was non-committal and insisted on being paid the full charge.Please look into it and consider finding another agent.
