The communication was not accurate, i was told the car would arrive to Mombasa on the 15/07/2016 but up to date the car has not arrived, i incurred unnecessary expenses to send my agent to Mombasa only to find the ship has not yet docked.

I found the engine is D4 while you told me it is VVTI engine.

The seller is a fraud. The car was badly damaged all round, yet the car was described as having not been in an accident. The seller did not pay shipping insurance despite quoting the price CIF. Nextage Cars should be investigated for fraud and misrepresentation. I am going to file a complaint with the local Japanese Embassy.

Dear Mugisho, I am so much disappointed because you intentionally delayed the original documents for the car and i have to pay for storage charges at Mombasa which i did not plan for. Secondly you told me a wrong arrival date to Mombasa. The car arrived much earlier than what you communicated. This behavior not accepted and will definitely chase customers away.

The seller was hiding a damage on the car on the pictures. And besides the srller's assurance that the car was perfect. There was a damage on the fender and rear door. The seller knew about it. He acted very unprofessional and he is also refusing to pay for the damage

they gave false information on the engine size, all the documents shows that the engine is 2400cc. but when I saw the car it is 3000cc. I was not looking the car with such engine (high fuel consumption). I'm very much much disappointed with NEXTAGE CO. All other information are correct except the engine size. Also the communication was blocked before I receive the car.

i would like to return this car, it is in a mess, body work damage, key missing. totaly NOT as described

I was surprised the dashboard was crack. Its a turn off to the customer.

I would never purchase or recommend anyone to this company because I was told the car had not problems. But when I received it two of the doors was peeling off and I contacted the supplier and was told I will be reimburse but never got anything or any more reply or and apology from that company.

Car had a lot of damage on the rear left side, of which there was not a photo of. Pictures of that side was left out on purpose. Didn't complain to the seller because it was my mistake that I didn't ask for a picture of that side. I asked if the car comes with 2 keys and they said yes, but in the end only received 1 key.
