I got very good service from Matel. Osita was great and responsive to any queries or correspondence. The only concern that although, I had indicated, when ordering the vehicle, that I would prefer to take advantage of Walmax Clearing and Forwarding services, original documents were shipped to me instead of them. Probably nothing to do with Matel ...I was required to pay over $60 above the reflected rates for Walmax. Otherwise quite happy with both Matel and Tradecarview service.

car body,engine and interior was in great condition.However air condition not working properly,and the major problem I had with this company is shipping,it almost took three months to receive this car from time of payment to car arriving at its final destination.The final problem we are having with the car is its CD unit it is stuck in its slot and we are unable to get it out.Future recommendation to all is to have car thoroughly inspected by independant person in japan before purchase/shipping

The car in greater percentage is as we planned though there was problem with colour. On Original Conversation it was said to be silver but later what i found, that the car to to be a kind of silver bluish. On communication, at first there was fast communication but later on after payment there was lazy communication!
