I would not buy any more cars from this company I want ten cars to start with but I am glad I waited for this car to arrive at the boarder two tyres worn out had to have new ones fitted if you switch car off wont start driver said he had to keep jump starting this car so had to have new battery fitted at the boarder not good going to look for a new company to get cars from

When I inquired to purchase this vehicle I was made to believe vehicle was in good running condition. However, upon receipt of the vehicle I find out that the vehicle has an engine problem and the transmission in inoperable. I am completely dissatisfied as I was lead to believe that the vehicle was in running condition.

I ordered a passenger van and received a cargo van with high floor the van is not worth the money I spent at all I got a bad deal I tried to get back a refund or at least a discount from paytrade to no avail I'm very disappointed with real Japan motors z I got mixed up thought I was buying from real motors Japan but its a diffferent company I ordered 2 vehicles before from real motors Japan and had no problem but real motors Japan z I would not recommend this company to anyone :(

I am very disappointed with the seller and worse enough my communications with him are deleted.I found out that the car does not have two seats the ones behind the driver.The automatic door is not working,the radio is not working the bottle for the wipers is leaking and the battery is not working.I am wondering what is the inspection money i paid for?it is heartbreaking and disappointing.I have to spend more usd1000 to fix everything.very dispointed

This car arrived with both rear and front bumpers scratched and brocken,the dash board panel on passengers side is brocken and it stinks of ciggerets,when seller said non smoker,sliding doors not power locking.very dissapointed buyer.

They have to improve with the communication....and they took almost 3 months to sheep the car

The Item took too long. The interior was not as clean as was displayed. Actually very dirty. Other descriptions are ok.

It took 2 whole months from payment day to the day i received the unit. Communication after i made payment was very poor and inaccurate

Disappointed that the car had come with overheating problem from japan, I had it towed all the way from dar es salaam upto zambia costing me more on repair and transportation. I wish the seller was more truthfull because if the vehicle was really inspected the problem shud hav been noticed back there or could it be that the seller knew the problem and just went about business as usual!!!!. Very disappointed.
