i would not recommend real motors..staff not customer centric..i sent money for other car and every time they receive my money and confirm ,they still sell my car to somebody else...i have been demanding for a refund of money sent for another car that they sold for weeks now..why pay for a car then sell..but for this unit i will rate them average..but service from miha is poor..

i received the unit with defects. the status is as follows: the gear noble and the power window are both missing. This is the first time am experiencing this kind of a situation with real motor Japan. can only urge you to stick to what you are advertising on tradecarview in order to continue having good relation with your customers. for now, i have to look for resources to replace what is missing.

Real Motors hasnt been accurate in communication. I been waiting to them to explain why the specifications on the documents sent were different from what I saw when the car was advised, for example the mileage was 61 and 2,000 cc, on the papers they sent the mileage was 71 and 1990 cc, been writing to them to expain this, but Up to now they have not done so, Iam just worried may bring problems with interpol in my country.

The vehicle load body had several dents and scratches. Also it was a short wheel base which is not suitable for the things we want to carry. Our market requires long wheel base.
