The car is a good car and my family has loved it. Jack, spare wheel, spanners, extras all were in good order. The price was good. The pictures and advert said it had a drink cooler/heater but was not in car when Walmax handed it over to me. I requested Walmax to drive the car to Tunduma border but they never bothered to let me know the car was shipped as a result, I had to pay for storage penalties. The car was taken to Tunduma without BOL, invoice and other documents resulting in inconvenience.

I am not satisfied by the car . It has low quality than that I would pay in my town in Africa ten years old . Bad dushbody , bad quality color ,bad mileage , etc. :very bad business I did !!! Do not lie your customers as yopur partners . Be "SERIOUS" in business .

The Seller was accurate with information and would respond promptly to queries. There is need though for the Seller to inform the buyer when exactly the Ship docks in order to avoid unnecessary Port charges. On the whole, the Seller has good customer relation.
