Got very bad experience. he lie about interior. dashboard was bubbling and when i ask him why u provide wrong information, his reply was fuuny, he said its happen in shipment... lol.. never trust on this suppier(?special for nz buyers). always be careful bc he lie and provide worng information.. thks

Firstly the vehicale arrived very late and then when the ship was changed during the course I was not informed about this change which caused a lot of problems while tracking the cargo. Secondly the vehicale engine is making noise and I was also told I will get a console in the vehicle but when I received vehicale there was no console all in all it was a bad business.

The seller did not show the damage to the car. The front pillar was damaged as was the underbody fender. This was classed as structural damage in New Zealand which means the car cannot be driven here. Very disappointing. The seller could at least offer some refund or compensation. This car has cost more than $3,000 so far in repairs.

Car sat in Japan for two months before it was shipped. I was told it was mint... NOT Pictures were taken from angles to hide damage to paint and upholstery. Advertised as non-smoker Ash tray was full of butts as was under the seat and holes burnt in upholstery. The serial number on the translation was wrong and I had to send nine emails begging for a proper document. Battery was worse than dead, didn't charge at all after driving for 5 hours trying to get it home.

I received a car that did not have a working Panasonic Strada CN-MW250D system in it although this was advertised as one of the features of the vehicle. Unfortunately, A.J Auto Export has not attempt to resolve the matter. I cannot recommend this seller as their is no guarantee/protection that the customer will get the advertised item. Don't buy from A.J Auto Export.

Very disappointed. First the car had to be towed from the ship/port to CFS because the engine could not start, had to spend USD350 to repair it to drive from Mbs to Nrb. Secondly, you put a shell of a radio even without the front face. It was not even connected to the car's power system. I spend USD800 to buy another radio for my client. Will use any means to discourage buyers here in Kenya from buying from this seller.
