All was fine with the seller, but Intertek inflated the "market price" for customs purposes, so there was a big fight to get the correct amount listed on the certification documents. Intertek is NOT a reliable company, so customers need to be prepared for a long and hard fight for Intertek to certify the correct values - the company's lack of integrity is really a big disappointment.

the shipper gave me an incorrect date, as a result the unit had a month delay. and I was asking for information and shipper was just not understanding my questions. but I received the unit in good condition 5 months after paying for it.
