The communication was poor. Only advised when I first initiate the communication. The worst part was the wrong documents tracking number given to me. The tracking number was for another person in Zambia. This mistake caused me great anguish and emotional distrace. tHE LOCAL COURIER sorted out the error and gave me the correct Tracking number. OTHERWISE the vehicle was sent on time and i was happy about this.
