There was no smart key with the last car we purchased even though they advertised it. The offered a discount off the next car but how do you know if you really get the discount. Also there were a lot of bumps and dents not shown on the website'photos. The quality from Real is falling.

the seller took a while to ship the vehicle and in addition to the the documents that the seller ship did not come translated although the seller knew that my country is English speaking. i don't appreciate how the seller was almost non-responsive after they received the money from me.

We received the item but the tyres where not good they came spoiled two of them but when we were asking about the condition the seller said its was in god condition I was very disappointed about the tyres because I had to replace them on the port. Regards Naomi
