The seller has poor communication and customer care services, the only thing I can compliment about the seller is the quality of the vehicle I bought from them, it is a nice car with good condition, although they have quality cars but they need to improve their customer care services if they real want to expand their market

I was very disappointed with the condition of this car.. Poor suspension and very bad engine. I recently received a vehicle from TAS Corporation which was in very good condition and I suggest that Real Motor Corporation follow the same example otherwise I can never recommend you to any of my business partners who are also wanting to buy used vehicles from Japan. Real Motor is not honest.On the car advertising,the car has a rear windows defroster but the car doesn't have it.Ms Miha said the car is in good condition and very clean. but the exhaust pipe was broken in two parts and a sticky tape was used to join them. All these defaults were not shown on the car pictures. The car has also a technical problem . Before payment, Ms Miha replies to all my messages, but She doesn't reply to some of my messages after payment. So,I can't recommend this seller.
