documents sent late for me to forward them to Tanzania as a result i was charged 1 day storage. Not notified about failure to rectify Sits and worn out tire issues in time for me to budget for purchase of new one whilst in Tanzania as a result i got a fine from Zambia police. There was poor communication with the seller and delay in sending the documents.The ship arrived on 17th April,2016 and he sent the documents after.I had to pay the storage charges of $168 for 5 days,so i need the refund because it was not my fault.

As soon as the seller sent the documents, they stopped communicating up now and the chart is still saying that the buyer is waiting for the shipment of original documents when the vehicle has arrived. The engine light for the vehicle is still on despite changing oils and other check ups, hope I wasnt given a rotten engine. God help me

Horrible!!! Advertised 2006 model but sent a 2004 model. The paperwork didn't match and this caused delays at customs.The unit arrived untidy and had damage that wasn't clearly identified/shown in pictures. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

the seller is a liar, the car had no oil, had engine problems, they didnt degas, once they got the money they stop replying, car was full of dirt and in poor condition, they didnt send the papers and I had to pay storage at the port and extra $1300. I will never recommend P-Nats seller. selfish liars!!

The communication with the supplier was poor, the supplier does not respond on time when requested for information

They had photo shopped the picture from the dashboard so I could not see that the light of the motormangement was lighting.The said it runs great but the engine sounds horrible and drives not on 6 cylinder.and the front fan of the airco did not work so the mode actuator was broken.the car had no airco that works. There was also a lock on the towbar and I get no key of it.The sellers are not honest to me I did not do business again with them.

I would not recommend p-nats to anyone looking to buy a car. They were dishonest, the car took over 8 weeks to ship along with serious body damage that had been photo shopped in the advertisement. Look at other dealerships to by from because myself and many others have had very bad experiences.

front bumper was a mess, head light shortage damage, bald rear tires, antenna is missing and broken motor. then battery was toasted, over all bad experience from this dealer not recommanded
