I am very happy with the car. Their communication was second to none. This was my fourth time to buy a car online. My experience indicates ISL has the best communication strategy. All messages replied within 20 minutes! Also, it took less than 4 weeks to ship the car to Mombasa! I believe ISL is easily among the very best, if not the best, to deal with in trade car view. I was most impressed by the communication. The seller responded promptly to all e-mails and kept me fully informed about every stage of the transaction.However, I was disappointed to note the following defects which were not highlighted in the advert: 1. Both CD ROM and DVD ROM are not working 2. The temperature gauge shoots to the maximum once you turn on the ignition. 3. The fuel light does not switch off. 4. There are sratch marks on the bottom right side of the car.

I received my car in good condition. Seller must improve the following: 1)Communication to the customers. The seller don't need to wait for the customer to ask for information(e.g have you shipped my car already?). 2)The seller must also improve on shipping the vehicle as soon as possible. In my case my vehicle took more than 1 month before it was shipped. 3)improve attracting customers strategies, e.g offering t-shirts/caps/mugs or other gifts to your customers.
