The unit was not in good running condition because complete rear hub was worn out, Plug was also worn out and the engine was leaking oil at the Top cover seal. So I was forced to replace all these while we paid vehicle Inspection cost.

All your documents state the vehicle is a 2000 model but on inspection by Customs in Zambia the vehicle is actually a 1990 model. I am raising this complaint with you and I am registering my disappointment and I am expecting your good office to address this as this is gross mistatement and the Customs authorities are treating it as fraud. Please provide explaination and how you are addressing this.

Dear Sir, Good day. Thank you for the feedback. For your concern, this car was manufactured 1999(not 1990) and was registered the following year 2000. You have the export certificate to prove that this car was registered in 2000. We cannot alter what's written on the export certificate. All car exporters and manufacturers are basing the year the car was first registered not the year it was manufactured. I hope you understand the situation. Regards, ISL Team

Dear Customer, we cannot ship a part in a vehicle via RORO shipment according the Japanese Export Custom Laws, that is why even if we were to source the engine for you , we could not have shipped it in the car.
