Delays was on shipping documents. I received documents same day the car arrived. This made delays in processing clearing issues and lead to a penalty of $700 storage charges. The delay was also contributed on part by UPS which took longer to deliver documents. I would recommend not use UPS in future, instead use DHL.

Dear sir,we have really disappointed with your message cause we have send your original document with a week once your car loaded date. ups is also faster courier as DHL and no buyer has complained before regarding this issue but thank you for suggestion we will keep in mind and concern with a UPS Service.

I received my car but it did not have a spare wheel, jerk or wheel spanner. The shipment arrived on time and the car is in good condition. The seller must improve on response times and also put pictures of all essential parts i.e spare wheel and all the tools. Generally i give a rating of 3 they good.

There were no tools including jack in this car. No cleaning was done as the interior was extremely dirty. Also the keys sent do not open the driver's door. very inconvenient.
