Value Planner,,Co (Mr.Shabbi) are professional Liars I bought Toyota Voltz in february 2015, at $4800. The supplier presented false car details during negotiation. I received the car 4months after buying it with too much follow ups.The car had deadly broken engine, lot of scratches on its body, no spare tyre and very dirty inside. the seller escaped EAA inspection though i paid for as he knew the condition of the car was worse. I have spent more than $3400 to repair the car.

The driver door electric window was not operational, the AC cooling fan drained the battery, the car overheated. I had to spend 2000 before I could even use the car. I have bought 15 cars from Japan, this was the worst. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy

Seller is a cheater. He sent a different car than advertised. Car was damaged. He confirm auction grade 4 car and delivered auction grade 2 car. Will never do business with him again and would like to appeal to other buyers to boycott the seller. Tradecar view should have cheaters on their list.
