Since I started to deal with cars 5 year ago I have never found a seller like this. He forgets that is is dealing internationally and his success depends on his honesty ,loyalty and responsibility...

BAD COMPANY SERVICES. THEY SHOULD NOT EXIST IN CAR BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT, SPECIALLY TRADECARVIEW. NO COMMUNICATION, NO COMPLETE SERVICES, INCOMPLETE FEES PAPER ON MY HANDS. I HAD TO PAY ABOUT $1000US IN MY COUNTRY BECAUSE OF THEY NEGLICENCE AND INCOMPETENCE. NO ONE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH VALUE PLANNER CO, LDA . THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED SINCE 2011. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

i waited 5 months for the car to reach..the car you sold me is piece of shit....you fucking lier..the couldnt and can not start...which is costing me more money in storage fee i want my money back...i will never do business with you again or even buying a car from japan is something that i will never do based on the way you lied and conducted business..i recommend noone to buy from you

I have received the car on 6 August, two months after the payment. The seller's communication is very, very bad. The business with Value Planner was terribly stressing due to the lack of communication. I wouldn't like to experience similar situation never more. they said the car is all good, but it came with a broken windshield, missing antenna, missing radio and the engine keeps smoking...

The car was in a very bad state, interior was very filty,boot was ripped off,boot door cannot be opened, The alternator was totally burnt out, shock absorbent worn out, Ac , stereo not working and the video screen is hanging off the car roof, No spare tyre, tools,all this I have to spend another money to replace. Mr shabbi, what else is there to encounter? You said the car was in very good condition. I have been cheated. Buyers beware of this seller, this seller is very risky and dishonest.

Am só much disapoited with these company they send a car without engin oil, and the engine is broke since I receive the car never use, no spear availeble the mechanic suggest me to buy new engine, do have ideia how much will cost. Am rely desapoited with you. Remember never mor doing busness with you, never and no recomend any One

I receive the car but I am not satisfied because they didn´t tell me about some problems of the car exemple: the car have too much scratches, and the two rear door doesn´t open properly also the two front door you can not open with key, you only open with remote if you lose the key!!!!!!!!
