I wasn't satisfied with the way the seller carried out our negotiation as they gave me the price including JAAAI bf when i asked them 4 discount they removed it without notify me claiming it was a discount while it wasnt.

I was advised to pay for insurance, which I did. The Unit was damaged during the shipment to Mombasa but now the shipper and the seller are 'not available' to help me get my compensation / repair of the vehicle from the Insurer. Am being advised to look for the Shipping Agent and there is no response.

Very disappointing. Vehicle payment confirmation on 11 January. My vehicle expected to arrive at Dar es Salaam on 4 April. Seller gave false information on shipping and advised that vehicle was to arrive on 16 March, only to be advised after booking transport to Dar by Tanzanian agencies that the date is wrong. As long as you make payment, seller does not communicate until you write asking for progress. Am worried if I am going to get the vehicle as described. Actually I rate seller at ZERO.

Hi, I'm very unhappy working with you, because you did false advertising, and do not assume any responsibility in relation to the item that the customer buys and still are arrogant in stating that the buyer should know that this is not buying a new car.Obviously i know I'm not buying a new but i chose to buy a car without extra cost to repair.Omitting a fault in vehicle i do consider that has an fraud or robbery.
