The engine of the Toyota Liteace Noah ID 854951 we bought from you knocked immediately upon collection in Dar-es-Salaam. Mechanics are working on replacing the whole engine at a cost of $800. Advise what you can do about this situation. Ronald Mwale Zambia

The shipper had less communications after payments. I would recommend this seller to improve the commincation of updates with customer on shipping. I have placed order for second car from the same seller. Hope they will improve from the service after learning from feedbacks to serve better.

The car was not as I expected, worn out tyres, no JEVIC which i paid for. Need for improvement

i had a problem with the same company and the same type of car this time was petrol pump which i had to buy in Tanzania before taking it to Malawi.

The car body was not ok it came with alot of dents which the seller never showed in the pictures.

there were a few scratches which was not explained, aircon did not work well and Tires were completely won to the last point.

Body condition not ok car came with damage right front fender, from pics you could not see but i did ask the seller about body condition and nothing was told. Interior great. Mechanical ok. Take in mind that did buy 5 cars at same time from same company but several branches

For its like a mockery. Honestly how do you sell me a car without oil , damaged battery , hissing engine noise. Am stuck here in dar trying to look for machnics to fix the car. I have incured extra costs but stil struggling. Honestly how can you subject me to all these bad experiences in a foreign country and yet I ve been your regular customer. Am so disappointed. I would ask the seller to talk to me .

Dissapointed with the seller, car arrived with finished spark plugs, battry and tyres. I did not get value for money Regret doing business with these guys. Pictures showed new tyres but car arrived with finished tyres,am realy disapointede.
