The seller did not highlight the technical faults on the car. I had to tour the car after driving it for only 312km because it had a faulty gear box speed switch/sensor. I have since replaced one. I still have problems of the engine cooling system. The car engine is overheating. The aircon is not functioning properly. No service records and vehicle maintenance manual were included when the car was shipped.

The comunication with the seller was ok till the money was transfered to their account --then the comunication virtually stopped---I had asked the seller to make sure that the vehicles air-conditioner was degassed prior to being shipped and a certificate issued -- the seller assured me that this will be done--- but when the car arrived in Australia there was no certificate to say that this was done and the car sat at the wharf for 3 weeks --I dont recommend this seller to anyone

It is very disappointing dear customer you aren`t telling the truth. You requested AC DEGAS 3d after we delivered car to the port,I requested Shipping line to take care of it, reply was ``we did it`` I conveyed it to you. You sent me 2-3 emails a day I replied once a day, all your requests & for your brother were answered. I have even written an official letter to port authority to certify DEGAS was done & that was why you got your car&in fact you said THANK YOU GLEN FOR A GOOD CAR! BE HONEST

The TOYOTA PASSO i bought has alot of problems. The problems are: 1.The automatic gear are not shifting swiftly ,sometimes it only shifts to gear 2 and indicates engine check lights on dash board. 2.When its in motion it produces irritating noise which i suspect its coming from front wheel system. I first thought it was brake pads whch i have replaced but the noise persists. This is very unfortunate for my business becase i buy and sell . I wish you could help me on this problem. The car has a problem but the seller Glen did not tell me. It has a noise that is associated with a faulty water pump. This is also making the car to consume a lot of fuel. The car is now under repair to fix this and it has already cost me 300$ buy the faulty part. I am disappointed. Stesh
