The seller trans-shipped the vehicle without informing me of the shipping details and in the process the shipper lost my transponder key and I cant drive the vehicle! The vehicle is undriveable and I'm totally dissatisfied! This has been the worst experience ever and I need compensation for this!

The seller double sold a car I wanted to buy and yet pressurized me to make payment yet they had sold the car. There was only a day that passed after the date we agreed to make payment and yet they withdrew the car from me. instead they gave me a car that was so different and cheaper than what I chose. I just accepted as because I had already made my payment. They also told me that we don't negotiate in such cases.

I would like to get an explanation as to why this vehicle which was manufactured in 1998, registered in 1999,was advertised as a 2000 model on the tradecarview website.
