Someone needs to teach the seller on customer service. the seller/ employee of the seller is very rude. slow shipment as well. seems like this company is more focused on getting money than satisfying the clients needs.i am not happy with their service at all, but the car is in good condition. if you can find the car you want car with another seller then go for it. if not then goodluck. i have bought several other cars from this website but so far this seller is the worst.

I wasnt happy. when I opened the bonnet at the back of the car , you had concealed the fact that a cardboardbox had been inserted inside to cover up an opening. in the passenger seat at the back left , sellotape had been used to hold falling parts of the door. the way you posted the car pictures on the website were carefully done to conceal the fact that your car requred spraypainting bad business . i need a refund on part of the purchase price

They had to tow the car off the ship, The car was paid up on 8th may and took two months and 8 days to have it at Mombasa. They other dealers i have bought cars with have only taken them 3 weeks to have the car in Mombasa. The delays and fixing the car are up to $1000 and getting more costly.

Dirty inside, cigarette burns on seats, worn tyres, the pictures did not show these things. I really do think REAL MOTOR changes the pictures not to show defects. Will now think twice about ordering from tradecarview.com as too many problems and lies from their sellers making online orders unreliable. Communication is very important but if you do not tell the truth then we are at risk. Will not order from REAL MOTOR again!

Battery flat on arrival, even after charging it remained dead. Tyres all worn, noise. So dirty inside, electrical wires exposed. They lied about these things when asked. Said no paint job but the right fender has white paint on it and has lighter red than the rest of the unit. They really do have a way of hiding these things in the pictures. When I wrote back they said they have too many units! Very deceiving seller.liars. Now I dont wanna order from tradecarview.com again!
