the tyres included in the unit are missing at the clearing agent's custody in Dar-es-salaam. they claim that since the tyres were included on the BOL, they can not purse the loss further, which i think is a lame excuse.

Bad Points: Have to order new compressor for a/c and oil change, took 3 months for car to reach. Good Points: Communication was quick and reliable. Wish I knew it would of needed a new compressor though. Magari Japan is a good company to deal with.
