The car arrived in time and communication was good but the carrier on roof top as advertised was not there during offloading in Dar Es salaam and the agent told me it came like that and was disappointed because that was what i was looking forward to as it made the car look different from others. Am still hurt by lack of a roof carrier but the communication was fantastic
